1 8oz pkg cream cheese
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup white chocolate
15 nutter butter cookies
3 tbsp butter
Melt cream cheese, milk, peanut butter, and white chocolate over med-low heat until smooth. Crush the peanut butter cookies (put the cookies in a ziploc bag and crush with rolling pin). Melt butter in the microwave and then use a fork to combine with the cookies. Press the cookie mixture in the bottom of a square glass pan. Spread the peanut butter mixture over the cookie crust. Let chill in refrigerator overnight. Cut into squares.
I like to turn mine cookie side up when serving. You could just put the cookies on top of the fudge before setting it to chill, but I like to put them on bottom so the fudge is easier to get out of the pan.

This looks and sounds DIVINE!!! Can’t wait to try it out!
What kind of white chocolate? Chips or block?
Hey Linda,
I used block for this recipe– I like the peanut butter to be the star though, so you could probably use either one depending on your preference!
