Pin-Worthy Featured Links

Thank you to everyone who linked up at ‘Pin It Thursday’!  For this week’s features I give you… ‘Dinner & Dessert’.

1. Chicken Enchiladas with Avocado Cream Sauce- The Recipe Critic… YUM! I have a recipe for chicken enchilada casserole that I love, but my husband prefers them to be rolled up like this.  We both LOVE avocado’s so this sounds perfect for us!
2. Cilantro Lime Rice- It’s Overflowing… Excellent side dish for the enchiladas, don’t ya think? I’ve been trying to perfect my recipe for Cilantro Lime Rice, so I will be trying this one next!
3. Cherry Cheesecake & Oreo Dump Cake- Turtles and Tails… Well now that we have dinner out of the way, let’s move to dessert! I LOVE mini/personal desserts.  (Really, have you shopped baby clothes lately, EVERYTHING is cuter when it’s smaller).
4. Avocado Popsicles- Crazy for Crust… See #1 where I said we love avocados? I think Dorothy might love them just a smidge more than I do, I mean, avocado frosting? Oh my haha

And this week’s most clicked (and maybe my personal fav!): 

Baked Eggs- Red Head Can Decorate… I am SO particular about how I like my fried eggs, seriously, my husband will barely make them for me anymore because I want them to be perfect.  This may have just saved our marriage… ok maybe that’s a little dramatic, but why have I never thought of this before??
