Back to School with Old Navy

Y’all… my baby starts Kindergarten in two weeks.  I have been so consumed with trying to figure out how this happened, that I haven’t even purchased a single school supply yet.  I have, however, been hoarding back to school clothes all summer!  BellaRoo has a nice little stash in my closet that she doesn’t know about yet; because we all know if she did, the clothes would already be covered in chocolate and stickers.

One of my favorite things to do is stock up during sales!   I am always on the look out for good deals in future sizes; for example, I will buy items for next Summer when this Summer’s collection goes on sale.  One place that I love to shop for the girls is Old Navy (who just happens to be having their back to school sale now until August 15th)!

An outfit like this is something Isabella and I can both agree on… she LOVES purple and I love the cute little bow accents.

I love the fit and quality of their clothes, as well as the price.  They have been my go-to for maternity clothes during this pregnancy as well!  One of my very favorite items, that I always snatch up every year, are winter coats.  They have the most adorable pea coats.  Pajamas and socks are something I am also shopping there for year-round.  When it came time to start looking at back to school clothes, I knew Old Navy would not disappoint.

I’m trying to come up with a system of how to keep her school clothes “nice” and separate from her every day wear play clothes (you know, the ones I let her eat chocolate in and cover with stickers).  I think this will also help on the mornings when my poor husband is left to fend for himself getting her ready.  And by help him, I really mean help me ensure that she doesn’t go to school wearing mismatched pajamas and boots.  I’m thinking about putting her outfits inside of individual storage size bags for each day of the week (kind of like packing for camp)!  Do any of you have a system for this?

p.s. Be sure to check back tomorrow to see my Pin-Worthy Features from yesterday’s Pin It Thursday party!!
